ive had mine for 2 weeks now and i like it. i find that its a little slow on moving from app to app and the ball/scroll response is often delayed (somewhat annoying). also, when i am typing (email, text, etc) i feel like i am using a regular nextel phone where i have to slow down in order for the phone to keep up with me. anyone else encounter these problems? maybe im just being picky, but my palm doesn't do it... also, i've found that i cannot figure out how to keep the phone completely on viberate (in vib mode, DC still come in on the speaker).

I don't think it is your phone. If you go to blackberry.com and look at the forums, a lot of people are having the same problems.

So now I have been told by Sprint that my phone itself is most likely defective. I am returning it, we will see what happens

I just ran the updates and it fixed the text message for a day. They are not working again. I have to shut my phone off and turn it back on to get messages.

A note on the GPS. I found that in order for mine to work, I had to change the route to shortest instead of fastest in order for it to work. just a heads up

anyone having problems with their dc? i've put my on vibrate but somehow when people alert me it beeps loud. i need to keep it on vibrate for work reason. any help would be appreciated.

i got my yesterday & i'm experincing txt MSGing problems. i can send txt, but the onlt way i can reicieve a txt is if i turn it off & back on :/.

is anyone else expericing this? if so, how did you fix it?

I walked to the sprint store (1 block from my house) ordered the curve and got an instinct from my lady.

So my order arrived today, but they sent me the old version wothout PTT!!!!
